We met at a photography lecture in January 2015, Googled each other to make sure we liked each other's photography as much as each other's personalities (because a good photographer can't possibly fall in love a bad photographer), went on one date... and now we're married. We live in West Medford with Tim's daughter and a geriatric dachshund mix, who has remarkably terrible breath.
Tim has a degree in photojournalism from Boston University, and shot for the Boston Herald for several years. Eventually, he transitioned to a career in freelance that has led him to being one of the top wedding photographers on Martha's Vineyard, where he was born and raised. You can see his wedding work here.
Caitlin is a freelance photographer with an Art History background. After working as a photographer and digital editing specialist for Boston College for five years, she pursued freelance full-time, and now specializes in event photography, while shooting everything from food to portraits and real estate. You can see her portfolio here.
We have very similar styles and have begun sharing work together frequently, as well as covering for each other's clients if one of us is unavailable. Whether one refers the other, is hired by the other, or we are hired as a team, there's a general sense of cooperation, humor, and cohesiveness that goes into our work.
